Receiving a visa refusal can be distressing, but it does not always mean your options are exhausted. The appropriate next step depends on the type of application, the grounds for refusal, and whether a right of appeal or administrative review exists.

Administrative review is available for certain eligible decisions made outside the UK. Appeals may be available where human rights grounds are engaged. In other cases, a fresh application with improved evidence may be appropriate.

It is important to act within any stated deadlines. We can review refusal letters, explain your options, and help you decide on a strategic way forward.
